CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Edumitram provides digital products, SaaS-based LMS platforms, ERP systems, software services, hosting solutions, educational content, and customized technology implementations. Due to the nature of digital services and software subscriptions, cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service agreement, subscription plan, implementation stage, and customization scope.
Customers may request cancellation of subscription-based services before the activation, deployment, or onboarding process begins. Once a project, software deployment, customization, implementation, or digital access has been initiated, partial or full refunds may not be applicable.
For eligible refund requests, users must provide valid proof of purchase, invoice details, or transaction references. Refund requests will be reviewed by the Edumitram support and billing team before approval or rejection.
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
Edumitram reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving:
- Completed software implementation or deployment.
- Custom development or integration services already delivered.
- Activated digital subscriptions or accessed learning content.
- Violation of platform policies or misuse of services.
- Delays caused by third-party dependencies or client-side issues.
Refund eligibility timelines, if applicable, shall be governed by the respective service agreement, proposal, or commercial contract shared with the client.
Exchanges
Since Edumitram primarily provides digital platforms, SaaS products, software solutions, and online services, exchanges or replacements are generally not applicable once services, licenses, subscriptions, or digital access credentials have been delivered or activated.
However, users facing technical issues, incorrect service activation, or access-related concerns may contact the Edumitram support team for resolution and assistance.
